When an admin runs the customer import, TimeFlow Pro fetches active QuickBooks customers with their display name, company name, email, phone, and billing address. The admin selects customers to create as local clients, and TimeFlow Pro stores the customer mapping.
An admin can sync a TimeFlow invoice with its client, invoice number, issue date, due date, notes, quantities, unit prices, and line-item amounts. If the client is not mapped, TimeFlow Pro creates or finds the QuickBooks customer first.
QuickBooks connections can use Sync Only or Sync + Payments. The payments level enables online credit card and ACH payment options on the QuickBooks invoice and stores a QuickBooks customer-portal payment link.
A company admin must authorize the connection. QuickBooks Online cannot be connected while an active Xero connection exists for the same company.
It imports active QuickBooks customers into TimeFlow as clients, then sends selected TimeFlow invoices and their line items back to QuickBooks. Payment links are available when Sync + Payments is selected.
The sync sends the mapped customer, invoice number, issue and due dates, notes when present, and each line item's description, quantity, unit price, and amount.
